Disclaimer
Please read this carefully. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and digital assets can be lost. Our support is help with using a product — it is not financial advice and it cannot recover lost funds.
1. No financial, investment, legal or tax advice
Nothing said by our AI assistant, support agents, documentation or announcements is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or use any digital asset, protocol or service. Make your own decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
2. Blockchain and digital-asset risks
- Transactions on blockchains are generally irreversible. Sending assets to a wrong address, wrong network or a malicious contract usually cannot be undone.
- Asset prices are volatile and you may lose some or all of the value.
- Networks can be congested, delayed, forked, attacked or fail. Smart contracts and wallets can contain bugs or be exploited.
- Fees, confirmation times and behaviour are controlled by the network and third parties, not by us.
3. We do not hold or control your assets
We do not custody your funds, keys or wallets and we have no ability to move, freeze, reverse or recover your assets. Support can explain how a product works and help troubleshoot; it cannot guarantee any outcome, refund or recovery of funds.
4. Protect your keys — and beware of impersonators
We, our AI assistant and our agents will never ask for your private key, seed/recovery phrase, passwords, OTPs, card details or API secrets. Scammers may impersonate support on other channels (messaging apps, social media, email, fake websites, unsolicited calls). Only use the official links and channels of the project, and never share secrets with anyone. We are not responsible for losses that result from you sharing secrets, signing malicious transactions, or dealing with impersonators or unofficial channels.
5. AI-generated answers
The AI assistant can make mistakes, may misunderstand your question and may rely on documentation that is out of date. It is designed to say when it is unsure, but you should verify important information — particularly addresses, chain IDs, amounts, contract interactions and instructions involving funds — using official sources before acting. Statements by AI or staff are not guarantees or binding commitments unless confirmed in writing by us.
6. Third-party services and links
Wallets, explorers, RPC and node providers, exchanges, payment providers, video-call providers and other third-party services referred to in support are independent of us. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or terms.
7. Availability and accuracy of the service
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, particular response or resolution times, or that every issue can be resolved. Announcements, incident notices and known-issue messages reflect our understanding at the time and may change.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our clients, affiliates, staff and suppliers are not liable for any loss of digital assets, profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service, its AI assistant or its staff. The limits in the Terms & Conditions apply. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including those on digital assets, taxes, sanctions and anti-money-laundering. Some features may not be available in every location.
